On the invitation of the Chairperson of the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka, Secretary of the Ministry of the Defence, General Kamal Gunaratne came to the Human Rights Commission this morning, Tuesday 05 July 2022 to discuss on the incident of an assault on a civilian at a fuel station at Yakgahapitiya, Kurunegala by an Army Officer.
