The Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka ( HRCSL) launched the Draft General Guidelines and Recommendations on the Protection of Human Rights Defenders on 21^th December 2023.

The Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka hereby request relevant state authorities and members of the public, including representatives of civil society organisations, to submit observations on the Draft General Guidelines and Recommendations on the Protection of Human Rights Defenders.
