Mr. Saliya Peiris PC, the President of the BAR Association of Sri Lanka visited the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka on 30 March 2021. Mr. Peiris met with Dr. Jagath Balasuriya, Chairman and Commissioners Dr. Nimal Karunasiri, Ms. Anusuya Shanmuganathan, Mr. Harsha Nawaratne, and Senior Staff Members of the Commission and discussed current human rights issues and undertook to find a way of working together.
